The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be performing datacenter upgrades in our Plano datacenter starting March 27th at 10pm and going until 11pm. This will be to update our core infrastructure to support our growing cloud operations. During this time mail will flow through our redundant datacenter. However, all phone systems will be offline during the initial transition. We expect the initial transition to last about 10 minutes. Private cloud customers should expect to be down for about 1 hour as we make new connections to the system.
